Jessica Long has been a dancer and gymnast for 23 years and an instructor for 10 in jazz, lyrical, technique, beginner ballet, modern, tap and tumble/cheer. She has judged numerous cheer and dance competitions in North Carolina and won many choreography and outstanding instructor awards through the years such as Outstanding Choreographer 3 Years in a row with many performances including Schindlers List, Boom Boom Boom, and Fairies. In dedicating her life to the fine arts, she furthers her dance education each year by traveling to numerous dance conventions and workshops including NYCDA, LADF, Tremaine, Conquest and Showstoppers as well as many others throughout the dance season. Jessica has instructed competition dance and gymnastics teams for 10 years and believes a positive attitude in life will lead you to accomplishing anything you set year heart too.

Jenny has been an instructor at XDA for six years. Jenny danced with the Greensboro Civic Ballet.

Ashley was a competition dancer at XDA for eight years and is currently attending Alamance Community College. She has been an instructor with XDA for five years.
